About Tunelground
We, at Tunelground are building an ecosystem for musicians, studios, music educators, and creative service providers. Our platform bridges the gap between talent and opportunity – making it easier to collaborate, monetise, and grow in the music industry. We are at the intersection of technology and creativity, and we’re looking for driven individuals to help scale this mission.
Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative at Tunelground, you will be the face of our outreach. You’ll help us build strong relationships with emerging musicians, studios, educators, and service providers by driving interest, educating prospects, and setting the stage for long-term partnerships. Your mission is to grow our user base and spark valuable conversations that convert into platform sign-ups and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential users and partners including independent musicians, studios, music schools, and service providers.
- Conduct outreach via physical meeting, email, phone, and social platforms to introduce Tunelground and its value proposition.
- Qualify leads based on fit, intent, and readiness to join the platform.
- Fix a meeting to onboard them to the tunelground App.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Represent Tunelground at community events (virtual or physical) and build brand trust.
- Share feedback from prospects to improve product positioning and experience.
- Contribute creative ideas to attract early adopters and improve onboarding.
What We’re Looking For
- Preferably a minimum of 1-2 years of prior experience in inbound and outbound sales and inquiries.
- Strong communication skills (verbal + written); you can confidently talk to people and keep them engaged.
- Persuasive and energetic personality with a passion for creative industries.
- Ability to understand user needs and map them to product offerings.
- Comfortable with cold outreach, networking, and being proactive.
- Bonus: Interest or background in music, tech, or startups.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Notion, or Airtable).
- Prior sales, marketing, or community engagement experience.
- Knowledge of the music industry landscape or creator platforms.
Why Join Us?
- Be part of an early-stage music-tech startup shaping the future of how music gets made and monetised.
- Opportunity to take ownership and grow.
- Work with a passionate, creative, and ambitious team.
- Flexible work culture and collaborative environment.
