1. Acceptance of Terms By creating an account or using TunelGround, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not access or use our Services.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 4 years old to use TunelGround. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the authority to agree to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported immediately.

4. Use of Services TunelGround provides tools and a community platform for musicians to:

• Connect with fellow musicians.
• Showcase their talent and share content.
• Find gigs and reach audiences globally.
• Collaborate, discover talent, and grow professionally.

5. User Agreement

LICENSE GRANT

Tunel Ground Pvt. Ltd. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

USER ACCOUNTS

• You must create an account to access certain features of the Platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to share, sell, or transfer your account to another party.
• The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate this Agreement.

ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

You agree not to:

• Post or share illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Engage in harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior.
• Use the Platform for fraudulent or deceptive purposes.
• Violate intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform’s functionality.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

• The Platform and its content, features, and functionality are owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws.
• Users retain ownership of any content they create but grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content.

PRIVACY AND DATA COLLECTION

• By using the Platform, you consent to our collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
• We implement security measures but cannot guarantee complete protection of your data.

TERMINATION

• The Company may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violations of this Agreement.
• Users may delete their accounts at any time.

DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

• The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• Tunel Ground Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, and materials on TunelGround are owned by or licensed to TunelGround.
• You retain ownership of the content you create and share, granting TunelGround a non-exclusive license to use, display, and promote it within the Services.

7. Payments and Subscriptions Some features of the App may require payment or subscription. By purchasing these services, you agree to provide accurate billing information and comply with the applicable payment terms.

8. Banking Information & Payment Security

TunelGround does not store any bank account numbers, debit/credit card details, or UPI credentials on the app. All financial transactions are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways that are compliant with applicable laws and encryption standards.

By using TunelGround’s services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All payment details are handled externally via PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors.
• TunelGround does not have access to or retain your sensitive banking information.
• Users are responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of their transaction information when engaging with external payment systems.

9. Privacy Your use of TunelGround is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
• You may deactivate your account at any time by contacting us.
• Tunel Ground secures the right to remove the post and deactivate the user account within 24 hours if any reported content found to be objectionable on the platform

11. Limitation of Liability TunelGround is not liable for any damages resulting from:

• The use or inability to use the Services.
• The behavior or content of other users.
• Loss of data or unauthorized access to your account.

12. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TunelGround after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law Your use of this platform constitutes your consent and submission to the service of process under applicable Indian law and your submission to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Bengaluru, for the purposes of any legal action or claim pertaining to these terms of use, or arising from the use of the platform and you hereby waive any defences such as lack of personal jurisdiction or forum non conveniens.

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and TunelGround ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") regarding your use of our social media platform ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
